Wholesale Orders
We now have a separate wholesale division that caters to large orders from businesses across the US or high-use individuals at www.wholesalemagnet.com.
Please note that on the wholesale site the quantities start at 5,000 for the Adhesive Business Cards and 1,000 Sheets on the printable materials. All smaller orders will need to be purchased from the site you are on now.
Lead times on wholesale orders for sheet material or rolls are approximaetley 2 weeks. Adhesive Business Card orders generally ship within 3 business days.
Pay-By-Fax Instructions:
Please do not fax us questions. Please do not fax us Purchase Orders. Please email any questions you have after you have read the FAQ page.
Do not fax (or MAIL) a Purchase Order as payment must be received by us before any order ships out. Purchase Orders faxed or mailed to us will be discarded. Please complete your order selecting an accepted form of payment or use the Pay-by-Fax directions below to pay with a company credit card.)
Here are the instructions for faxing your order:
1. Complete the order online selecting the Money Order or Check payment option and put FAX in the comment section. (If this step is not done, the order will be discarded on our end.)
2. Print out the invoice at the end of the order.
3. Write the following info on the bottom of the order: Type of credit card, name on card, card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code from the back of the card. Also, make sure to sign the invoice as well.
4. (No Purchase Orders Accepted. No Purchase Orders Accepted. No purchase Orders Accepted. No Purchase Orders Accepted) Fax this single sheet to:1-888-886-7314 (do not include a cover page) Do not fax us with a piece of paper that says 'call me'. We will not call you as we do not offer telephone customer service (see #1 on our 'frequently asked questions' page). The fax will be discarded immediately. In case you missed it, we do not accept purchase orders, so do not fax us one. It will be deleted immediately.
We will email you once your order is received and your credit card has been processed to give you the shipping information on your order.
Also, a side note: We do not accept purchase orders. (You'd think this would all be enough to make schools stop faxing us purchase orders, but scarily enough, they do not know how to follow directions.)
